In Person at macrobert The Box Office is located in the foyer to the right of the entrance and is open Monday to Friday 10am-7.45pm; Saturday 9am-8.15pm; Sunday 10am-8.15pm.
By Phone on 01786 466666 Lines are open Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm; Saturday 9am-7pm; Sunday 10am-7pm. All calls are placed in a queuing system and are answered as promptly as possible.
Group Bookings: to make a group booking of 10 or more call the group booking department on 01786 466666 or email groups@macrobert.org. For macrobert promoted events, other than our Christmas pantomime, we offer 1 free ticket for every 10 purchased. For our Christmas pantomime we offer 1 free ticket for every 15 purchased. Separate offers apply to schools and youth organisations.

From April 1st 2013 macrobert is introducing a £1.00 per transaction charge on all card sales made online and by phone. This charge helps macrobert, a registered charity, to cover all its associated costs. Please note that bookings made in person at macrobert by either cash or card are not subject to the charge. There is no charge for Friends of macrobert for phone transactions. macrobert also has a postage fee of 60p per transaction if tickets are to be posted. All tickets booked within 7 days of a performance will be automatically held for collection at our Box Office.
