My name is Hazel Docherty and I am the Finance Manager at Macrobert Arts Centre.

I've worked in finance for many years, mostly from a manufacturing background, but felt that I wanted to work in the charity sector because I have a passion for helping people. I was delighted when I was offered the position at Macrobert.

I wholeheartedly love working here with the most compassionate driven team I know.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at our family caravan, on our boat and reading crime novels. We have a Portuguese Water Dog who needs a lot of exercise, so luckily, I also enjoy walking and even bagged my first Munro last year.
